In a Community project, there is no central call centre where you can phone up for service.
Free downloads and commercial plugins are sold without support. That means if you want a human being to walk you though any aspect of TurboCASH, generally you are going to have to pay them for it. This is rather like you would want to be paid if you help a customer.
