Pay The TurboCASH Project
Within 48 hours we will have appointed you a consultant to help with your session
TurboCASH consultants are here to help you, but please respect them as third parties that are not responsible for Program Quality or Bugs. They are busy people who want to be paid for their time. If you find it offensive dealing with accounting problems, put your self in the shoes of the consultant, tackling other peoples problems.
TurboCASH Queries can be trivial and can be massive. Some users are going to need support forever! If paying for support offends you, please feel free to use any of the free resources available or Accounting Made Easy is a good start
You can engage the TurboCASH community by opening a Support Ticket. Engagement is through SKYPE, Teamviewer and Email. In some circumstances a local telecom call can be made, but we do not offer this to all of the over 80 countries in which we have communities.
A support session is one hour (sliding to the generous side), we are here to help you!
A single session ticket costs $60. three sessions $150 and 10 sessions $450
You can pay us the $60, $150 or $ 450 from any country using Paypal and/or with credit card facilities or in some countries you can make a direct deposit by bank transfer - use your email address as reference.
ITS LIKE A DENTIST. A SUPPORT TICKET DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SOLUTION. THE TICKET IS NOT REFUNDABLE. THE GUARANTEE IS THAT WE WILL ENGAGE YOU FOR UP TO 60 MINUTES. WE WILL SUGGEST A SOLUTION.
At the end of the session, you owe us nothing further.
High Volume Countries have their own agents, who are authorised to take payments on behalf of the TurboCASH Project.
