1.REGISTER YOUR PURCHASE

2. REGISTER YOUR TurboCASH SYSTEM

 

If you have got this far with TurboCASH you are now have valuable data in your system. Register with us and we start to build your security.

You should now have a Serial Number to show that you are Registered.

 

 

3. CHECK THAT YOU ARE AUTHORIZED

 

You are Authorized by us manually on our server. Check that your Multi user system has been Authorized.

 

 

4 ACTIVATE YOUR PLUGINS

Activate Plugins

 

 

5 SET UP YOUR NETWORK

 

To do this you need to be familiar with Windows Networking and you need to have a functioning network.

Consultants are available to help you with this process at a cost of $ 50 per hour. Budget for 3 hours for a simple network that has already been set up.

 

 

 

 

6 Multiuser Installation (Windows10 Homegroup)

Setup up a holding shared folder for TCASH5

Share it with other users

Inside TurboCASH set up users in Access Control

 

Make sure your firewall is open on Port 3050

If required , make your own rule for Firebird Access

 

 

 

7. SETTING UP YOUR SERVER

When you Choose Start Open each set of Books will be  Black and Red. You need to edit the Properties of the Red Item.

It Should be Blank.You must set it to the Network Name of your Server (You can also use IP address) In this example I have  PC called PATIENCE-TOSH and I am updating the server name for the EN-SOUTHAFRICA set of books.

Enter the Server Name

The Server should now appear in BLUE

 

You can Purge the Unnecessary books form the Directory List

 

8 SETTING UP YOUR CLIENTS

This is a whole lot easier. You don't need to Install the full TurboCASH on the Client. You can simply Use a short cut to the TCASH5.exe on the server
